We hope everyone had fun at the golf cart parade yesterday!

Some great news that the Kings Gate Club has agreed to open the access gate between the communities due to putting up a barbed wire fence in the back storage area. Volunteers will be working on the fence over the next couple of days.

Training will be held at the wood shop for anyone who wants to learn how to use the new saw on December 16th from 10am-12pm.

The water backflow needs to be inspected on Wednesday, December 17th, and this means the water will be shut off for up to 2 hours. Advanced Plumbing has said it should not take that long unless they come across a problem. The water will be shut off at 9:30am for the entire community, there is no need to boil water.

The office has had many calls about how to set up the accounts for the monthly assessment payments for 2026. Attached you will find the Welcome Letter for Community Financials with directions to set up your monthly assessment payments starting in January 2026.
